Each Proposal shall be accompanied with a certified check or Bidder's Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal, in favor of the Latrobe Municipal Authority. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with the Authority. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Requirement do apply to this project. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received. All questions must be answered and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate attached sheets. The bidder may submit any additional information. The Work to be done under the Contract, as shown on the Plans and Specifications, shall include the furnishing and complete installation of all Materials and any other necessary Work required for proper completion, operation and use of the facilities. All the equipment, Materials and labor that may be necessary to complete the Work and place it in satisfactory operation, implied or intended in the Plans and Specifications, shall be furnished and/or installed by Contractor without extra cost to the Owner. Written or graphic instruments issued prior to the execution of the Contract Agreement that modify, clarify or interpret Contract Documents, Shop Drawings, Plans and Specifications, by additions, deletions, clarifications or corrections. Any person, partnership, firm, corporation, limited liability company, or other business entity submitting a bid for the Work. The titles or headings of the various divisions, sections, paragraphs, subparagraphs or of Shop Drawings, and the Table of Contents and the indexes, as used in any of the Contract Documents are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to limit and shall not be construed as in any way limiting the application of the text.
