Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in North Waltham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A. Work under the Contract includes but is not limited to the following 1. Installation of approximately 3,800 square yards of cement concrete sidewalks, driveways, and wheelchair ramps currently with both existing bituminous and cement concrete sidewalks, driveways, and wheelchair ramps. 2. Removing and resetting approximately 5,000 linear feet of existing vertical granite curbing, inlet stones, and return corners. Furnishing and installing new granite curbing, inlet stones, and return corners as required. 3. Installation of 2 precast catch basins, 1 precast drain manhole, approximately 40 linear feet of drain pipe, and all other related drainage appurtenances. 4. Removal of approximately 12 trees and furnishing and installing approximately 51 trees. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. 4. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. Lexington Street Sidewalk Improvements.
