The White County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed bids for the purchase, replacement, and installation of the following item at the White County Senior Center Building located at 1239 Helen Highway, Cleveland, GA 30528: o One (1) New Lennox Merit Heat Pump Model # ML17XP1-060 3 phase o Lennox Air Handler Model # CBA25UH-060 o Lennox ComfortSense 7500 Touchscreen Programmable Thermostat. To Include: o 15kw heat strips o Drain pan o Safety float switch o Outdoor pad as needed o Any needed drain line extensions o New disconnect box and electrical whip on the outdoor unit o New refrigerant valve caps on the outdoor unit o Insulating line set with armor flex o Clean out of lineset o PVC overflow inline switch o Include all transitions o Removal of all old equipment pertaining to this replacement HVAC project o MUST include all Lennox Commercial major parts and compressor warranties, as well as company installer's labor warranty of at a minimum of 1 year. White County is sales tax exempt. A Sales Tax Exempt Certificate will be provided to the awarded vendor. General liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance will be required of awarded vendor. A current and valid Certificate of Insurance, W-9 and E-Verify must be submitted to the White County Board of Commissioners before project begins. Awarded vendor must comply with any Federal, State and/or Local regulations and laws. Bids are irrevocable for a period of 60 calendar days after the bid deadline unless White County consents to a different time period. White County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids.
