The Coastal Water Authority (CWA) of Texas, at the request of the City of Houston, Texas, is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from experienced engineering firms to complete Engineering Services relative to the development of a Facilities Improvement Master Plan. The Coastal Water Authority provides more than 1 billion gallons of raw water daily to municipalities and industrial plants in Southeast Texas. The majority of the structures, buildings, roads, and equipment used to deliver this water were built over 50 years ago and require modernization, renovation or replacement. CWA seeks SOQ's from firms that can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide CWA with Engineering Services for the Facilities Improvements Master Plan.
