CR Number: 2106395 The NYS Office of Mental Health and Hutchings Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Full-Service Warranty Elevator Maintenance at Hutchings Psychiatric Center located at 620 Madison St., Syracuse, NY 13210. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Buildings 1 and 8 will have an additional hydraulic elevator installed during this contract. The construction is expected to be completed by 12/2024 Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, February 29, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on March 7, 2024. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE - 16%; WBE - 14%. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at 6% New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.
