Demolition and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; and for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

Contractor shall procure and install metal roof panels on Gymnasium 2371 to match the existing panels and as shown on attached drawing, approximately 1,000 square feet (approximate area of work highlighted). The Standing Seam Metal Roof Panels are approximately 16" wide X 90' long. Repair the roof at Gymnasium 2371 by removing and replacing roof panels (see attached drawing). Metal roofing materials removed may be disposed of at base recycle center. Re-install all trim metal that had to be removed to enable installation of the new panels. In addition, install approximately 490 panel clips 16 inches on center over each metal roof panel (approximate area of work identified in attached drawing).
