The City is soliciting Bids for services from Contractors to supply all materials and equipment for the masonry repairs of the south wall of the shop due to its poor and damaged condition, replacement of exterior doors, and installation of bollards with sufficient foundation a long the same wall as defined in the structural design, drawings, and specifications. The Contractor will lead the entire project lifecycle and coordinate with the City's project team and facility staff. The purpose of this project is to repair the damaged masonry on the south wall of the shop, install bollards to deter vehicles and avoid further damage and replace existing exterior doors.
