The Town of North Andover is seeking to award a one-year contract for the period of March 15, 2024 through March 14, 2025. All bidders are required to submit a 5% bid deposit/bond of the value of their bid. Upon award of the contract, the successful bidder shall provide a payment bond in the amount of 50% of the total projected cost of the contract for the first year. *The Town of North Andover may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if they determine that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of North Andover.
