Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Mount Pleasant, the Villages of Pleasantville, Briarcliff, and the Fire Districts of Thornwood and Valhalla will be receiving bids for providing the following Highway Materials : bituminous materials type 2 aluminized pipe & ads plastic pipe winter sand trap rock concrete block liquid envirobrine liquid calcium chloride liquid magnesium chloride The individual Municipalities and Fire Districts reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid or bids which they deem most favorable to the interest of their respective Municipality or Fire District. Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate required. Bid forms may be obtained from the Mount Pleasant Town Clerk's Office.
