Level Street And Burvant Street Roadway Rehabilitation Deposits for paper copies of contract documents will be refundable to bona fide prime bidders and will be 50% refundable to all others with return of complete and unmarked documents no later than 10 days after receipt of Bids. The Work will be substantially completed within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractors license in HIGHWAY, STREET, AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION. The Town of Abita Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids for cause, pursuant to the provisions of LRS 38 Public Bid Law.
