The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire construction services for the Atrium Window Wall and Sloped Canopy Renovations project at Hammond U.S. Courthouse, 5400 Federal Plaza, Hammond, IN 46320. A pre proposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for Monday, August 26, 2024 at 11:00 AM Central Time. You will find all of the information needed to register for this meeting and submit your proposal in the two documents attached to this solicitation notice. This is a full and open solicitation. Full project details can be found inside the attached drawings and project specifications. The estimated price range for the Project is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Government will attempt to answer all requests for clarifications or interpretations of the Solicitation Documents prior to the date set for receipt of offers, but do not warrant that all such requests will be answered within 15 calendar days.
