The County of Ashe received a Shell Building Design Grant from the Golden LEAF Foundation. The County was awarded $40,000 to develop a Shell Building Preliminary Design Package consisting of four primary elements. A Preliminary Site Design Plan Proposed Building Narrative Preliminary Geotechnical Report An Opinion of Probable Cost The Preliminary Site Design Plan consists of drawings and details intended to demonstrate the intended site layout and grading requirements sufficient to provide a preliminary Opinion of Probable Cost but not intended to be a full design or permit package.
