The City of Robinson, Texas is requesting bid proposals for the ongoing provision of general concrete services. The work in this bid will include removal and/or construction of concrete driveway approaches (with/without headwalls or SET's), concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, concrete ribbon curb, concrete gutter valleys, concrete drainage flumes, concrete inlet boxes and drainage structures, concrete sidewalks, and other concrete flat work as specified in the bid form. The work generated for this annual service contract is derived from routine inspections conducted by the Public Services Department, and from requests and/or complaints received from the public; and are addressed in the order received, or by degree of severity of risk to the public. The repairs/replacements are assigned on an "On-Call" basis, by issuing a Work Order Form (included in Contract Documents). The City of Robinson reserves the right to reject any or all bids. As to each item, the City will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder or to the bidder who provides goods or services at the best value for the City. Bidder accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Instructions to Bidders. This Bid will remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the Bid opening, or for such time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request of Owner. All Work assigned under this contract must be completed and invoiced by March 5. 2025.
