Reference Number 0000342954 Purchase Type: Duration: 2 years Mines is seeking Contractors to provide installation, repair, and maintenance for data and telephony wiring. It is Mines' intent to establish an Approved Low-Voltage Cabling Contractors List. Pre-qualified vendors will be working with the Information & Technology (IT) department and the Office of Design and Construction (ODC) on the installation of low voltage wiring on the Mines campus. The final Approved Low-Voltage Cabling Contractor List will be valid for two (2) years from the date of award. Question Acceptance Deadline 02/27/2024 at 3:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, Prospective Offerors may make inquiries via website concerning this RFQ, the scope of work, or other requirements. No inquiries will be accepted. Mines reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The intent of this Master Agreement is to set forth the general and controlling contract terms and conditions between the parties. This Master Agreement defines how the parties will contract with each other in the future for the goods and services discussed in this Section. Individual Task Orders will be executed to document statements of work and budgets for specific projects related to these goods and services. Task Orders must be completed in accordance with this Master Agreement and the Additional Provisions set forth in Exhibit A.
