Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Platte City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a library; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project consists of the following: Site #1 consists of removing and replacing 197 L.F. of Type CG-1 concrete curb and gutter, remove and replace 1,248 square feet of 6' wide concrete sidewalk, remove and replace 189 L.F. of 15" HDPE pipe, 18.7 square yards of 6" Type 1 Asphalt Base, 18.7 square yards of 2" Type 3 Asphalt Surface, flowable fill backfill, placement of earth fill, and sodding; Site #2 consists of placement of earth fill, grading, 4.4 square yards of 6" Type 1 Asphalt Base, 4.4 square yards of 2" Asphalt Surface, flowable fill backfill, and sodding; Site #3 consists of 165 square feet of concrete trail, sodding, and other general construction items. The bidder to whom the Contract for the Work is awarded will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds acceptable to the County, each in amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract, in conformity with the requirements of the proposed Contract Documents. An agent authorized to do business in Missouri shall write each bond. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or to waive any informality in the bidding. Proposals may be held by the County for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigation of the qualifications of the bidder prior to the awarding of the Contract All questions must be answered and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate attached sheets. The Bidder may submit any additional information he desires.
