Peters Hollow Water System Improvement Project Elizabethton, Tennessee DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of making improvements to the exiting water system for Peter's Hollow Water System in Carter County, Tennessee. The work includes extension of 4" & 6" water mains, new meter vault connecting Peter's Hollow water system to Carter County First Utility District (FUD), construction of a new pump house, pump installation and start-up, new utility services (electric and water), and miscellaneous work such as yard piping, site grading, driveway construction, and other support facilities. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under this must be substantially completed by November 30, 2024 and includes all work associated with the improvements be completed and accepted by Owner and Engineer and Final completion must be completed by December 30, 2024 and shall include training of Peters Hollow Water System Staff. The planholders list, addendums and bid tabulations will be available distributed by mail, fax or email. BID SECURITY: A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of Peters Hollow Water System shall accompany each bid.
