Renovation of a municipal facility in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes ("the City") to prospective Respondents to submit quotations for life safety system upgrades as further described in Appendix C of the RFQ Particulars. The City is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labour and materials to perform the work as described in this RFQ. The location is City Hall, 26 Francis Street, Lindsay, Ontario and the work is to include but not be limited to: replacement of the existing fire alarm and associated devices, upgrades to the existing Life Safety devices including detection devices, horn/strobe notification units, emergency lighting, exit signage, pull stations and electrical infrastructure related to the fire alarm/life safety upgrades Documents can be obtained at: https://kawarthalakes.bidsandtenders.ca Award subject to final approval.
