The Guaranty May Be in the Form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bank Money Order, Drawn on a Reliable Bank and Made Payable to the Wyoming Department of Transportation. Cashier's Checks, Certified Checks or Bank Money Orders Must Be Received in the Office Of the Purchasing Manager on or Before the Time and Date of the Bid Opening, Copies Will Not Be Accepted.
