The City of Sumter is soliciting SEALED bids for Grounds Maintenance for 12 City Properties . A certificate of insurance (coi) is required before any work can begin on city owned property. cois may be mailed or emailed to: tbutts@sumtersc.gov. The contract may be renewed on an annual basis for up to five (5) years upon evaluation by the city of sumter. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities in the best interest of the City.
