Project Identification: 2022 Bond - New Parks Elementary School Replacement Project Location: The project is located at 3302 San Augustine Ave, Pasadena, TX 77503, Pasadena, Texas. Question Deadline 03/26/2024 at 12:00 AM CT Project Budget: $33,625,000 Each prime Offeror may obtain two (2) sets of Bidding Documents for a $250.00 deposit per set, checks made payable to Pasadena Independent School District. Partial and complete sets may be purchased for actual reproduction cost (with prior permission of the Architect) from the reproduction company: Triangle Reproductions, Inc 8450 Westpark, Suite 100 Houston, Texas 77063 Telephone: (713) 780-0236 Fax: (713) 780-2417 or online. Bid documents are also available in Portable Document Format (pdf), at no cost, from the Architect. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of the proposals without the consent of the Owner. Each Offeror must submit the following items, Each Offeror must submit the following items, to Laurie Pruett (lpruett@pasadenaisd.org ) no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, April 1, 2024: 1. A properly executed and current Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA Document A305, including contractor's references and history of work. A current email address must be included for each reference. 2. A resume for the Offeror's proposed Project Manager, stating his/her qualifications and experience on projects of similar scope and size. 3. A resume for the Offeror's proposed Project Superintendent, stating his/her qualifications and experience on projects of similar scope and size All information on both documents will be submitted electronically. A certified check, payable to the Owner, or an acceptable Bid Bond, in an amount not less than 10% of the greatest amount bid. A copy of the Bid Bond will be uploaded electronically.. The sealed proposals will be publicly opened immediately following the time at which the Alternate proposals (Alternates) are due and the names of the offerors and the monetary proposals will be read aloud. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount not less than 100% of the Contract Sum, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the Contract, will be required. Bonding companies must meet specified requirements acceptable to the Owner. A representative from the architect's office will be present to address questions. All questions concerning the Proposal shall be directed electronically.
