This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the upcoming San Francisco VA Medical Center Building 40 construction project. This notice does NOT constitute a formal solicitation and is not a commitment by the Government to procure services. Responses from interested vendors are not offers and the Government has no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. The purpose of this notice is for the Government to receive feedback from industry on the draft solicitation. No amendments to this notice are anticipated to be issued containing responses to vendor submitted questions. The feedback received as a response of this notice will be used to finalize solicitation documents. A formal question and answer opportunity will be identified upon issuance of the formal solicitation. Please note, for this project, Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) will apply (large-scale Federal construction projects where the total estimated cost to the Government is $35 million or more).
