The Project contemplated consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of dry pit submersible pumps, motor assemblies, mounting frames, and concrete pads. The removal and replacement of suction and discharge valves. The removal and replacement of exhaust fans and hoods. The removal and replacement of wet well isolation valve. This is a design build project. Contractor must visit the site prior to bid. Contractor must verify all existing pump, valve and pipe characteristics prior to bid. In order to perform public work, the Successful Bidder and subcontractors shall hold or obtain such licenses as required by Commonwealth Statutes, and federal and local Laws and Regulations.
