Question Acceptance Deadline 02/23/2024 05:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 100 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Grosse Pointe, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. *The City of Grosse Pointe reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates.
