Reference Number 0000343032 Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Manager of the City of Buda for the above referenced solicitation. The City is seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the rehabilitation of a 100,000-gallon elevated water storage tank. The City of Buda reserves the right to award any combination of bid items. An acceptable bid bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter contract with the City of Buda and furnish bonds on the forms provided.
