Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waterloo, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This RFT is to acquire a Contractor to provide contractual services for the complete installation of approximately 270m of new multi-use path on the north side of Forwell Creek Road. The new path will replace the existing sidewalk as well as the installation of a new mid-block crossing. A short 80m section of the existing asphalt trail at the end of the Forwell Creek Road is proposed to be resurfaced as it is in poor condition. The new multi-use path will connect the existing trail at the end of Forwell Creek Road with the recently installed multi-use paths on Weber Street.
