Renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 25,163-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

The Project's Scope of Work consists of limited renovations to the existing Arlington Cultural Affairs Center located at 3700 S Four Mile Run Drive, Arlington, VA. The construction will include the blocking, conduit, backboxes, data wire, and jacks for all proposed technology devices. The County's DTS (Department of Technology Services) will provide (furnish and install) the technology devices. Project consists of renovations of approximately 6600 square feet of the Cultural Affairs Center to house the relocation of two programs from the Lee Community Center consisting of a print making studio and a pottery making studio and the relocation of the textiles studio from the Gunston Community Center. Bid Surety in the amount of 5% of the bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the award will be required of the successful bidder. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and waive any informalities or irregularities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution.
