Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work Consists of Furnishing All Labor, Materials, and Equipment and Performing All Operations Necessary to Construct the New Roadway Improvements in the City Owned Right-of-way. The Work Includes, but is Not Limited to Demolition, Roadway, Sidewalk, Path and Drainage Construction, Signing, Pavement Marking, Traffic Signal Construction, Utility Adjustments, Sodding, Dewatering, Maintenance of Traffic, Erosion Control and Pollution Abatement and All Other Related Work in Accordance With the Contract Drawings and Specifications. All Bidders On This Project Must Be On The Approved Pre-qualified Bidders List Under The Horizontal Category, (See Pre-qualifying Procedures) With The City Of Jacksonville, Procurement Division. Bidding Firm Must Be Actively Licensed By The State Of Florida To Perform The Scope Of Services Defined Herein.
