The City of Bradenton Beach invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide the City with a complete parking management and enforcement system that is capable of handling the current parking environment at six (6) municipal locations, a public street, and a future 7th site. Current parking layouts may be redesigned to create additional parking and may be suggested in bid documents. The City encourages alternative and creative layouts, utilizing spaces for golf carts and vehicles; however, spaces must follow City parking dimensions: 16" minimum access aisle for one way 9'x18' standard 12'x18' standard angle or 90 degree ADA 12' x 23' parallel ADA 9' x 23' standard parallel The proposed parking management system may use manpower, valet, and/or software/hardware for counting and monitoring of occupied/available parking in the City parking areas. Parking enforcement may include, but are not limited to: paid parking (either pay by plate or parking stations), license plate recognition software/hardware, parking permits and long-term parking solutions. Question Deadline 02/22/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Deadline for Written Questions The City reserves the 10 right to modify the Proposal by electronic/facsimile notice provided such notice is received prior to the time and date set for the proposal submittal. A time and date stamp on the electronic/facsimile transmission sheet is proof of receipt.
