Completed DIR Information: Within 24 hours of the opening of the bids, the apparent low bidder shall submit completed DIR information on the Subcontractor List to the Woodlake Unified School District at its offices located at 300 W. Whitney Avenue, Woodlake, CA 93286. BASIS FOR BIDS: Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. TIME OF COMPLETION: The Work shall be completed by July 29, 2024, commencing with the date established in the written notice from Owner to proceed. No partial sets or individual sheets will be issued or sold. Only plan holders and the listed exchanges will be notified of Addenda. SUBSTITUTIONS: Pursuant to California Public Contract Code Section 3400, contractors and material suppliers shall submit requests to the Architect, not less than 10 days prior to bid (if material is to be included on final addendum), all data substantiating a request for substitution of materials.
