CR Number: 2106676 In furtherance of the Project, BPCA hereby requests proposals (individually a "Proposal" and collectively the "Proposals") from construction management firms (individually, a "Proposer" and collectively, the "Proposers") to provide BPCA with construction management services (the "CM Services") at Pier A, located at 22 Battery Place in New York City. The CM Services will be required for three (3) discrete construction projects which will be performed at Pier A concurrently; these projects have three (3) separate contractors and design teams as follows: Pier A Windows and Doors Restoration, Repair and Replacement Project Pier A Railings Restoration / Rehabilitation Project Pier A Structural Repairs - Phase II Project The CM Services shall include, but not be limited to: Pre-Construction Services (Limited) Construction Management Meetings and Reporting Post-Construction and Close-out BPCA reserves the right to cancel or withdraw in whole or in part this RFP at its sole discretion. Proposers will be notified in the event the RFP is cancelled via the BPCA website.
