to provide contract services for slurry seal and micro seal for the Marshal County Road and Bridge Department or other departments as needed in Marshall County under the jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors ANNUAL BID FOR SLURRY SEAL AND MICRO SEAL All bids must comply with the specifications provided. Bid prices will be for a period of 12 months, April 1, 2024 until April 1, 2025, all bidders shall be precisely clear as to the specification of their products. Bids submitted should indicate if the price listed includes delivery of the item bid. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and marked in the outside lower left hand corner: Bid for Marshall County Road and Bridge Supplies, March 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Bid proposals shall include a price adjustment clause with relation to the cost to the contractor and based on a cost index determined by the Department of Finance and Administration. The bid proposal with a price adjustment clause shall contain the method of adjusting unit prices for the change of such commodities, equipment etc. (Section 31-7-13 n ii) The Marshall County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities and reserves the right to attach addendums to the bid as needed.
