The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received. Other factors include, as an example but not limited to, delivery time, conformance to specifications, incidental costs such as demurrage and deposits, etc. All unit prices shall remain firm through 12/31/2024. The Purchasing Division makes an effort to post bid tabulations to the City of Kalamazoo website within 24 hours after the bid opening date and time at: online. However, in certain cases the posting of the bid tabulation may extend beyond the 24-hour window.
