Sanitary Sewer Pipes Cleaning, Televising, and Inspecting Program 2024-2029 o Approximately 255,437 Lineal Feet of Cleaning, Televising/Recording, and Inspecting Sanitary Pipes; Pipe size varies from +-8-inch to 12-inch o Approximately 80,145 Lineal Feet of Cleaning, Televising/Recording, and Inspecting Sanitary Pipes; Pipe size varies from 15-inch to 24-inch o Approximately 48,406 Lineal Feet of Cleaning, Televising/Recording, and Inspecting Sanitary Pipes; Pipe size varies from 27-inch to 48-inch o All related items Each proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a certified check, Cashier's check, Money Order, or Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and Surety Company, and drawn payable to the Township of Grosse Ile in the amount of Five Percent (5%) of the accompanying bid, as security for the proper execution of the Contract. Surety Company shall be licensed to conduct business in the State of Michigan. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish separate Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. The OWNER (Grosse Ile Township) reserves the right to reject any and all bids in its sole discretion, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason at all, to waive any informality in any bids, and to award the contract to any Bidder, when such waiver is deemed in the interest of the OWNER.
