Construction Contract: Bids will be reccived for the following Work: I. Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: a. 222A - Plumbing b. 23 I A - Skew Work Project Location Depew High School; 5201 Transit Road, Depew NY 14043 If you should have any questions, please contact Young Wright Architectural at (716) 842-1800. A Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their rapective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder .
