For Furnishing All Plant, Labor, Material and Equipment and Performing All Work Required for Construction of River Ranch Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion to 0.3 Mgd and Lift Station The project is located at 9107 S.H. 146 S, Dayton, Texas 77535, approximately 5,800 feet southeast of the intersection of State Highway 146 and River Ranch Boulevard within City of Dayton, E.T.J, Liberty County, Texas. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a two percent (2%) certified or cashiers check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier s check or bid bonds payable to the Owner.Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract. Final completion shall be achieved within 30 calendar days of substantial completion The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities.
