The Work includes improvements of Kiwanis Park, with the installation of an electrical system to provide power to the gazebo and proposed food truck locations and various other associated improvements. The contract time for all work shall be 20 working days. Est. Value Notes: $85,000 - $95,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Each bid on the project must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid.
