Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Decatur, Illinois. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following two (2) Divisions of Work which will be awarded separately: DIVISION A :The owner has pre-procured a dual service switchboard and ATS that the successful bidder will install. The contractor will supply and install new 1200 AMP CT enclosure. The installation will require the removal and re-installation of two underground duct banks each consisting of 4 (4") conduits. DIVISION B :Work includes the removal of the existing #2 pump and installation of a new pump that the owner has pre-procured together with upgrades to the electrical service at the station. The new pump is a Flygt 385 HP, 455A submersible pump and will require the wet well to be bypassed while new base elbow, guide rails, bracket installation, and pump commissioning occurs. Bidding Documents may be obtained online. Prospective Bidders are urged to register online as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through online. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than online.
