Site work and paving for a road / highway in Washington, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project will consist of 12.5 MM Resurfacing, Shoulder building, Regrassing, and Restriping on various county roads and city streets. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked in large letters with the words FY 2024 WILKESCOUNTY LOCAL LET GDOT TIA BID. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. Questions should be directed to this office. All bids must include a 5% bid bond with submission. (No exceptions). All bids must be executed by an officer of the company legally authorized to execute documents and to bind the company financially The corporate seal, if appropriate, must be affixed to the bid No facsimile copies will be accepted. Wilkes County will not accept any bids received after the bid closing time No telephone inquiries will be addressed regarding this bid No verbal response will be made to any requests for information. Any procedural questions must be submitted in writing via email to Barry L. Wood WSP USA E&I INC. Email: barry.wood@wsp.com Any questions regarding the project scope, documents and/or specifications must be ubmitted in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid date. A written esponse, if required will be provided to all known bidders in the form of written ddenda. All addenda so issued shall become a part of the contract documents.
