Site work and renovation of a civil project in Village of Wellington, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of July 22, 2024, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** The Village of Wellington Council is accepting sealed bids for ITB 202405 Wastewater Pump Station No. 16 and 65 - Rehabilitation. Bid is cancelled as per Notice of cancellation. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid and must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the posting of the recommended award or as otherwise provided in Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder, who is awarded the contract, may be required to furnish a 100% Public Construction Payment Bond meeting the requirements of Section 255.05 Florida Statutes. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids (in whole or in part) with or without cause, to waive technicalities, irregularities or informalities, or to accept bids which in its judgment best serve the Owner. The Scope of Work to be performed by the Contractor includes submitting and obtaining a building department permit, furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, water, light, power, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever necessary to modify, construct, complete, deliver and place in operation the subject Project described as Wastewater Lift Stations 16 & 65 Rehabilitation. In addition, the Contractor shall be responsible for the installation of two (2) emergency power generation sets that the Village is procuring with funding secured from the FEMA Hazard Mitigation program. Attachments A, B, and C shall apply to this bid and corresponding contract/purchase order (See Page 53-64). The Contractor shall assist the Village with grant coordination, grant related services, and grant related project closeout. Please review Alternate Bid Items (ATL 1 - ATL 8) and submittal procedures included herein.
