As of March 25, 2024, project received no bids and the City is evaluating next steps This Project Shall Consist of Furnishing All Labor, Tools, Materials, and Equipment Necessary to Remove and Replace Approximately 75,900 Square Feet of Sod on the Soccer Field at Covington Community Park. the City Anticipates Awarding This Project to the Successful Bidder and Intends to Give Notice to Proceed After the Contract and All Required Documents Are Executed in Full. Any Questions Must Be Directed to Jesse Dalton by Email at Jdalton@covingtonwa.gov, or by Letter Addressed to Same. Questions Must Be Received by the City No Later Than Wednesday, February 28, 2024 by 5:00 P.m. To Allow a Written Reply to Reach All Prospective Bidders Before the Submission of Bids. the City of Covington Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities or Minor Irregularities in the Bidding, and Determine Which Bid or Bidder Meets the Criteria Set Forth in the Bid Documents.
