Any Questions Must Be Directed to Jesse Dalton by Email at Jdalton@covingtonwa.gov, or by Letter Addressed to Same. Questions Must Be Received by the City No Later Than Wednesday, February 28, 2024 by 5:00 P.m. To Allow a Written Reply to Reach All Prospective Bidders Before the Submission of Bids. the City of Covington Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Any Informalities or Minor Irregularities in the Bidding, and Determine Which Bid or Bidder Meets the Criteria Set Forth in the Bid Documents.
