Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Arcadia, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following items: Bid Pkg. ITEM 1.) Excavation - Excavate areas for the sidewalk, lay 6" of limestone base, and grade the surrounding surface for proper water drainage away from the sidewalk 2.) Concrete - Pour concrete per the drawing specifications and install (5) granite plaques 3.) Canopy Structures - Engineering, Fabrication, and Installation of (2) Canopies Bidders may bid on one or more packages. Bidder are responsible for providing all components of package(s) on which they are awarded the bid. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance by the City for a period of 60 days from the opening of bids. City of Arcadia reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
