Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Upgrades and repairs to the Ignace-Bourger wing S building of De-Bois-De-Boulogne College. The scope of the project includes repairs/replacement of the wing S windows, addition of ventilation/air conditioning and related work. The project is subdivided into two pachages: the first will include the work on the west sector of the S wing on the four levels, and the second will target the work on the east sector of the S wing on the four levels, including the entrance hall. The complete renovation of the S wing is planned to be finished in fall by the beginning of the 2027 school year. TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals from mechanical and electrical engineering professional consulting firms to provide design and construction work monitoring services has closed. Deposited submissions are under review at the owner. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling award is anticipated in late spring 2024. Timelines of further project development will be finalized after a design consultant award. Further update at that time.
