The Roma Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified, competent, knowledgeable, and experienced audio, visual, and lighting companies that will provide procurement and installation services of an audio/visual/lighting system at the Roma High School Yamil Yunes Performing Arts Center. It is mandatory for all vendors to visit the project site to view the existing conditions of the site and facilities. A performance bond if the contract is in excess of $100,000; and A payment bond is required for contracts in excess of $25,000.00 Unless otherwise noted, the preferred terms for which Proposal Statements are being requested is for one (1) year with an option to renew for a second and third year.
