2024 Water Service Repairs Site Directions: Various locations within the City of Billings The project consists of: This project is the curb valve and water service repair program for the City of Billings, Distribution and Collections Division of the Public Works Department. Repairs may include, but are not limited to, removing and replacing damaged curb boxes, replacing damaged curb valves and reconnecting water service lines, replacing miscellaneous concrete, asphalt, fencing, landscaping, and irrigation as necessary to complete curb valve and water service repairs at various locations throughout the City of Billings. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to the "City of Billings, MT" in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Bids submitted via email shall have the bid bond scanned and included with the bid. Bids submitted via mail shall have any of the bid securities included.
