Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Prineville, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Crook County Jockey Room Project. The Crook County Fairgrounds is replacing its Jockey Room, and this Project entails the construction of a new Jockey Room facility, pursuant to the plans and specifications included herein as Exhibit E. Generally, the Project involves the construction of a new 2,088 square foot building, with a public meeting facility and two bathrooms, a mechanical room, 11 parking spaces with bump stops, and one ADA parking space. The Intent to Award will be announced during a County Court Meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2024. Bond Notes: Each bid must be submitted in accordance with the County's bid packet and accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond, payable to Crook County, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. Each bid shall be submitted in a lump sum amount. Owner Rights: Crook County reserves the right to accept the bid and award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder which is in the best interests of the County, to postpone the acceptance of bids received and the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or to reject any and all bids received and further advertise for bids. No bids shall be received or considered by the County unless the bidder is registered with the Construction Contractor's Board. The bidder must identify whether it is a resident bidder under ORS 279C.365(h). This is a public work contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or, if applicable, the federal prevailing rate of wage required under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 USC 276(a)). This Project was funded in part by the Oregon State Lottery and administered by the Oregon Business Development Department.
