Reference Number 0000342678 Job Location 425 Imperial Beach Boulevard, Imperial Beach , CA 91932 The furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment to: Removal of old and installation of new roofing system on the roof measuring approximately 95' by 120' on the building at Sports Park Avenue in the City of Imperial Beach. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to complete all work in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws, codes, ordinances and manufacturer's specifications. Contractor shall remove existing roofing system and dispose of properly. Contractor to install new roofing system over the properly prepared substrate in accordance with the provided Technical Specification Section 07550 (Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing).
