Pre-Qualification: Yes The selection process will be evaluated to determine if the CONTRACTOR'S proposal meets all criteria for consideration, project understanding and project requirements. The lowest proposal will not necessarily be the one chosen for the services. The City reserves the right to reject all quotes, award the agreement, interview contractors, negotiate the specific terms of the agreement, and make other adjustments as required in consultation with the successful contractor. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the set time for bidding. A bid bond of 5% and a Performance and Material Payment Bond must accompany the bid in order for the bid to be considered. A summary of the work includes the following trades: site clearing and preparation, asphalt paving, pickleball court surface and accessories, chain link fencing and gates, electrical conduit & concrete pole bases, landscaping, picnic tables, and two (2) concrete bases for umbrellas. The intent of this work is to match the existing courts in look and performance. Sealed bids are to be addressed to City of Oconomowoc and shall be marked as "Pickleball Courts at Northeast City Park" and include the name, address, and phone number of the bidder. All bidders must submit a "Bidders Certificate" and a "Bidders Proof of Responsibility Questionnaire" with their bid.
