Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chesterfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of the asphalt mill and overlay of Edison Ave, Chesterfield Commons, Chesterfield Commons East and RHL Dr, including but not limited to the removal and replacement of full-depth pavement and base, curb and gutters, as well as pavement striping. The awarded Contractor shall have 30 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed to complete the project. All work will be completed between the hours of 7:00am to 6:00pm M-F. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company and payable to the City, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the sum total of the base bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities therein, to determine the lowest and best bid as determined in the sole discretion of the City.
