Proposals Are Being Sought From Qualified Contractors, Specialized in Stormwater Best Management Practice (Bmp) Operation and Maintenance, to Provide All Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, and Services for on-call Work at Sussex County Stormwater Facilities in Accordance With the Contract Documents. The Bid-bond / Bid Guarantee Requirement is Waived. Federal or State Scale Wage Rates Are Not Applicable. Diesel Fuel Index Adjustments Are Not Applicable. Sussex County Shall Award a Contract to the Bidder Whose Proposal is Determined to Be Most Advantageous to the County in Accordance With the Contract Documents. All Questions Must Be Submitted in Writing to Ms. Kaycee Widen at Kwiden@sussexcountyde.gov No Later Than Five (5) Business Days. If the Responding Vendor Deems Any Portion of Its Response to Contain Trade Secrets, Proprietary or Other Confidential Information, It Shall Isolate and Identify in Writing the Confidential Portions, Together With a Statement in Support of Its Designation as Such. The Submission Shall Be Confidential Until the Bid Has Been Awarded and a Contract Has Been Executed. Thereafter, All Submissions Shall Be Open to Public Inspection. Sussex County Reserves the Right to Extend the Time and Place of the Bid Opening on Not Less Than Two (2) Calendar Days Notice by Electronic Means to Those Who Have Obtained Copies of the Contract Documents. Sussex County Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and Reject Any or All Bids.
